These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website mparklab.com and the services provided by Morning Park ("we," "us," or "our"). Our services
Morning Park provides digital systems, automation setup, and consulting for local businesses. This includes paid discovery calls (the Workflow Map and the Deep Look) and productized services described on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are agreed in writing before work begins.
Bookings and payments
- Discovery calls are paid in advance and must be paid through the payment link provided in order to confirm and hold your scheduled time.
- Prices shown on the website are current at the time of purchase and may change without notice.
- All sales are final — no refunds on consulting or productized services. If you need to reschedule a call, contact us before the scheduled time and we will do our best to accommodate.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Morning Park related to your inquiries, appointments, confirmations, reminders, payment links, and account updates.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your interaction with us.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send or receive.
Help and opt-out. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We never share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the operation of our systems.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, branding, logos, and design — is owned by Morning Park unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Where a project is delivered to a client, ownership of the specific deliverables and accounts is transferred to that client as agreed in writing.

Our services are provided "as is." We make no guarantee of specific results, revenue, or outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Park is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
