By engaging Morning Park for any service — paid consultation, project work, or retainer — you agree to the following terms.
Scope of work is defined in writing before any build begins. Changes to scope are agreed in writing. Work delivered is billed per the agreed project rate or hourly.
Payment is due per the schedule in your proposal. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project milestones are billed at completion of each phase.
Ownership: All automation builds, workflows, and configurations delivered to you live in your own accounts. You own them on delivery. Morning Park retains no proprietary claim over work product built in your GHL account.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep business details, pricing, and client data confidential. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or resale.
Cancellation: Either party may end an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed through the notice period is billed at the agreed rate.
Morning Park collects only the information you choose to provide: contact details submitted through our site, session notes from paid consultations, and operational data within your GHL account during active engagements.
We do not: sell your data, share it with advertising networks, or retain it after an engagement ends. Contact information submitted through our Zapier forms routes to GHL for follow-up only.
Cookies: Our site uses no tracking cookies by default. If you opt in to GA4 analytics (see ANALYTICS.md), that snippet uses cookies per Google’s privacy policy.
SMS consent: If you submit your phone number through our message form and check the SMS opt-in, you may receive one follow-up text from Morning Park. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Morning Park provides automation consulting and build services. Results depend on your specific business, market, and execution. We do not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or business growth.
AI tools integrated into your systems (Claude, Vapi, GHL AI features) operate per their own providers’ terms. Morning Park is not liable for downtime or output quality of third-party platforms.
